Adding video to your wordpress blog is pretty simple. 3 things you need.

1. A video you want to put on your blog.

3. A Program to convert those videos to FLV format

you can convert your video in linux with ffmpeg

ffmpeg -i Video_Name.MOV -ar 11025 -s 480×368 video_for_site.flv

once you have your video converted now upload it to your website. Make sure it is readable to all users.

Next in your post insert this line of code: flv:http://yoursite/video_for_site.flv 480 368 within []

Then the finished Product.
