WARRANTY EXCHANGE SUCKS!
i have been through warranty countless times..
with several different phones, and every phone they send me has some issue.
I've noticed there usually very flimsy and weak. Especially with all the razrs..
There idea of refurbushed is "like new" but the phones arent put together very well.
I just recieved my THIRD blacjack two today..
no problems so far.. plus they have the windows mobile 6.1 update already installed for me..
The only thing is there are a few small scratches on the side. However, i dont expect the phones to be perfect, at&t never does there job right.

I think your story is a great one and I commend you for sharing it. Too many don't feel comfortable telling people about their debts. We should be more comfortable talking about them and asking for help.

That's shockingly poor support, especially your second story. It's easy for a big company to forget how important something like a set of photos can be for an individual.

Of course, ideally we should all be in a position where we can reformat a hard drive with no worries and simply reload the most recent of our regular backups back on, but most people simply wont be in that position.

Great title and valuable information. I wish I could have seen the parent's eyes when you pointed out their "guilty pleasure' as the root of Little Johnny's curious questions! lol

Michael:

From my earlier comment I had missed completely the "Related Post" (should be plural) links you have after each post.

You have a very professional design, and design is something that I have not had time to work on at my blog.

One of these days I will replace the default Wordpress theme.

A couple of suggestions I have to offer concern the readability of your posts. (Way back when I got a Masters Degree in Developmental and Remedial Reading).

(1)Make all text in boldface

(2)Use SIZE and COLOR for emphasis, not boldface

(3)Increase font size. Try (font size="3") for a start since you have a Wordpress platform and that is what I use on my Wordpress blog.

(4)Do not make any paragraph longer than 3-4 lines.
You will find visitors will stay on your site longer and be more inclined to read your posts.

Long, unbroken text is a NO-NO and serves as an intimidation factor that prevents the visitor from even getting started reading your text. Hazel in her comment above alluded to this factor.

All in all you have a wonderful blog that should continue to evolve into something even greater.

Best of success,

Robert A. Kearse
