I've noticed there usually very flimsy and weak. Especially with all the razrs.. There idea of refurbushed is "like new" but the phones arent put together very well. I just recieved my THIRD blacjack two today.. no problems so far.. plus they have the windows mobile 6.1 update already installed for me.. The only thing is there are a few small scratches on the side. However, i dont expect the phones to be perfect, at&t never does there job right. WARRANTY EXCHANGE SUCKS!

It's easy for a big company to forget how important something like a set of photos can be for an individual. Of course, ideally we should all be in a position where we can reformat a hard drive with no worries and simply reload the most recent of our regular backups back on, but most people simply wont be in that position.
